Founded in 2000, Chameleon Photographix is a creation of a husband and wife team, Bill & Kathy Scheer. With each having prior photographic careers, their union has produced a unique blend of styles.
The Scheers combine the best of photojournalism, illustration, fashion, and tradition in their “cinematic” approach to their award-winning wedding photography.
Bill graduated with honors from the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photographic Arts, Science and Business in 1987. He has been involved in the photographic industry and he has had his own studio since 1988.
Kathleen started her own photography studio in 1986 specializing in weddings, children and families and has earned numerous awards and recognition for her creative and distinctive work.
Skilled and accomplished photographers in their own right, Bill and Kathy combine to produce dazzling, imaginative and moving images with a fashion-forward, romantic and detail-conscious style. The Scheers have six children and are based in Redding, California.
